Project : A cultural association of Florac (Lozre, 48), Hardi les Arts, regularly organizes musical events, and, every three years, a festival called Prolog' Festival. This year, the festival will be held the 12th and 13th of September 2014. There will be an emphasis on recycling: recycling energy, recycling materials, recycling objects... Continuing on this theme, the Hardi les Arts association aims for interactions between all types of people, from near and far. This workcamp will be a Franco-german exchange in addition to one other nationality. The project will include the preparation carried out in advance for welcoming guests and decorating for the festival. 80% of the materials used will be recycled materials. These tasks will support communication of perspectivesaccording to culture, personal experience, nationality, individual opinion on our daily consumption of energy, food, goods... Work: Multiple workshops have been planned, each one accompanied and guided by professionals: Fashioning of electrical generators from bicycles in order to supply the electricity for the festival's lights. Construction of a wrought-iron bar including as materials bicycle wheels and wood. Construction of a welcome center with recycled materials and/or materials of natural origins. Construction of puppets for a moving giant which will then be suspended in the village of Florac, and which will serve as decoration for a show. Creative workshopinteractive decor. These creations will be on display throughout the roads of Florac. Leisure activities: You can spend your free time discovering the natural charms and local traditions of Causse and the Gorges du Tarn, bathing, hiking, and participating in other festivities...
