Descripción:
The Volunteers will work in Finnish summer surroundings and the work will be renovating and refurbish buildings and cleaning the beach. Saaksjarvi has a very active village association, and the aim of this camp is to bring multicultural atmosphere closer to the people in their local community. During leisure time, the volunteers have possibilities for various summer activities such as exploring the local nature, sports, swimming in the lake, barbequing at the campfire and visiting local markets.
The volunteers will be accommodated in local school or in local club house. Volunteers will prepare their meals together.
Saaksjarvi is peaceful and beautiful place in countryside by the lake. Nearest town is Vimpeli (15 km) and the distance to Helsinki is about 400 kilometers.
The volunteers need travel insurance for the duration of their stay
