Project: Montendre is a village of 3000 residents with an international hosting center : La Maison des Bateleurs. Volunteers hosted here participate in projects developed by this association. Work: They will take part in the enrichment of the environment project which is already included in the structure of the association. The goal of this project is to develop the pedagogical tools necessary for awareness of a life respectful of nature. La Maison des Bateleurs regularly hosts groups of adolescents or young adults on short-term trips in order to allow them to discover the values of the association through their participation in workshops: workcamp, collective living, intercultural exchanges... Volunteers will contribute to the welcoming and organization of these groups. Moreover, they will participate in the logistical organization and the leadership of various events: musical, cultural, and artistic events and the annual celebration of La Maison des Bateleurs. Leisure activities: Various excursions geared towards the discovery of the region will be possible, in addition to a visit to Bordeaux, a trip to the ocean, cultural excursions, sporting events...These excursions will often be carried out along with the hosting parties.
