Project: The town of Saint-Yorre is famous for its natural water sources. The town recently acquired a piece of land where one of the old sources is located. The town of Saint-Yorre would like to transform it into a public park in order to benefit the community. The town needs volunteers to help to clean and renovate some parts of the park in order to make it attractive for the inhabitants of the town. Work: You will first work on the environmental cleanup of a small pond and of the old water source (cutting back trees and bushes, removing wild plants). You will also clean and renovate the old canals and some structures around the pond (landscaping, cleaning stones). Leisure activities: This workcamp will allow you to pay visits to local cities (Vichy, Moulins), as well as several tourist attractions, and will allow you to discover the valley of the Allier river. You will have the opportunity moreover to connect with the local population and to enjoy local cultural events. A van will be available to you as a means of transport between these locations.
