Work: Volunteers will work in public parks, children playgrounds and gardens in 12 different districts in Burhaniye. They are supposed to work in gardening and cleaning of parks, planting trees, sowing flower seeds and mowing lawns, etc. Volunteer group will have good time while creating a better environment for children and local people, who are ready to receive them with open arms in Balikesir. The group will also visit historical and touristic places Balikesir in the leisure time. Food and Accommodation: Cafeteria / Guesthouse in a sport center Location: Balikesir is a province, which has shores on both Aegean and Marmara Sea. It is located on northwest of Turkey and has many transportation options from Ankara, Bursa, Izmir or Istanbul by railway or highway. The city is still reflecting the heritage of Byzantine Ottoman and early Republic of Turkeys history. Turkish baths and mosques are still open to visitors.
