Work: The volunteers are going to work in public parks and will be doing some renovation as well as some practical environmental work. As Aliaga is an industrially developing town, the volunteers will be helping the environmental protection campaign of the municipality by joining this workcamp.
Food and Accommodation: Cafeteria / Tents
Location: Aliaga is located about 50 km from Izmir city center, with a direct train line connection from the airport. It is a very attractive district for tourists due to its coastline, birds and scenic beauties. The town has many traces from different civilizations. According to the written sources it is rooted in the Hellenistic Era. If the camp dates cross with the end of August, the volunteers will have the chance to join the traditional Emek Festival.
