Background
Located in Ben Tre which is a beautiful and peaceful city belongs to Mekong Delta, 90 kms away from Ho Chi Minh City. The Kindergarten has around 450 kids, aged from 3 to 5 years old. The kids go to school on weekdays from 7 AM to 17 PM. English is an international language which is necessary for everyone, especially the young generation. It gives them the chance to connect with the world. Being aware of the importance of English, the school has just launched a new program for the kids to approach basic English. This is the first and only Kindergarten in Ben Tre which offers English Subject to little kids, therefore, the Kindergarten needs international volunteers to come and interact with their students.
Work
- Work together with teachers on teaching plan and interact with kids in English classes.
- Join and support other classes such as Aerobic, Arts and Performances, etc. It is also a chance to practice English and have fun with kids.
- Help in the kitchen and prepare lunch for the kids.

Accommodation and food
Volunteers will stay at Tri Duc Kindergarten with basic and simple accommodation. Meals are served at the local food stores. Vietnamese food is considered as easy to eat but if you have special diet, please inform in advance.

Sleeping bag, pillow, blanket, toiletries, info materials and pictures of your country, toys and learning materials for the children if you have.
